Wanted to give a description of our shipping policies and procedures.
We at level 7 pride ourselves on getting your bought for products out the door as quickly as possible, and we work hard to do that.
Mostly all orders are made to order, we really like to have it all on hand and in stock, we try and for the most part we do. But we say all products are made in order to give us some time for the products that do need to be made and correction to be made ( we are always looking for better ways to do something to make the best products). Most orders are Printed and Assembled and shipped within 2 weeks. Some rare occasion it might take a little longer, but feel free to reach out to us and we will let you know where your order stands.
If you pay with paypal on the site, you will be sent a shipping confirmation from Paypal with the tracking number. If you use a credit card, Squarespace will send you an email confirmation saying your order has been fulfilled. At this moment, we have not found a way to have the tracking number included with this email. Your order will not be fulfilled if it has not been completed and ready to go out. So, once you receive that email, your order is made, boxed and labeled and ready for the post office.
